We ship orders in stock within 2-4 workdays.
Return Policy
You may change your mind or receive a damaged product.
In either case you can request a return of your purchase within 14 days after delivery. Customers have additional 14 days to return the product for their own expense.
The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach Benjamin Abana. Further damage done while returning/shipping the product to Benjamin Abana is your responsibility.
You can only return unused or damaged goods and please make sure to pack the goods you want to return safely and carefully. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice you received when purchasing the product.
